    Event Set-Up Crew Needed

     

    We are seeking a number of Event Set Up Crew to work in Green Bay, WI. As an Event Set Up Crew member, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Event Team. - setting up and tearing down before and after various events. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Event Set Up Crew

    **Location:** Green Bay, WI

     

    Shift: Part Time and As Needed

     

    Typically 4 - 6-hour shifts

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform set-up & tear-down duties before events, including setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying flooring, and installing the ice rink

    + Assist with tear-down activities after events, such as dismantling equipment and restoring the venue

    + Ensure all equipment is placed in designated storage areas post-event

    + Assisting with cleaning activities within the complex as needed

    + Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to maintain a secure work environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to operate hand tools, drills, saws, and machinery safely and effectively

    + Physical capability to lift, carry, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

    + Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and patrons

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed floor plans and instructions
