**Our client, a medical devices organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.** As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Consumables R&D department supporting the Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management business units. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager
**Location:** UT, Salt Lake City
**Pay Range:** $57.26/hr.
**Shift & Schedule:** Monday–Friday, professional first shift
**Work Environment:** Primarily sedentary in a professional office setting; standard office equipment; minimal travel (<5%).
What’s the Job
+ Plan, define, and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
+ Recruit, select, and coordinate project staff with appropriate skills.
+ Execute projects according to the plan, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
+ Communicate project status to stakeholders and management regularly.
+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
+ 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment.
+ Knowledge of project management methodologies, design control concepts, and manufacturing processes.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
