Title: Enterprise Sales Engineer
Pay Range: $130,000 - 140,000
We’re looking for a **dynamic and solutions-driven Sales Engineer** who thrives on being the trusted technical advisor for both customers and internal teams. What is the Job:
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll partner closely with the sales team to understand customer objectives, technical requirements, and network configurations. You’ll design and present integrated solutions that deliver measurable value and ensure customer satisfaction. This role also collaborates with operations to develop processes, systems, and training that support seamless implementation.
+ Assess customer requirements for networking, unified communications, Wi-Fi, cloud computing, and LAN infrastructure.
+ Design, price, and present complex solutions tailored to business needs.
+ Lead technical presentations and recommend technologies that align with customer goals.
+ Review and approve advanced sales orders; assist with implementation specifications.
+ Develop territory plans with sales teams and align resources to achieve objectives.
+ Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to create secure enterprise solutions.
+ Represent customer designs in project meetings and manage milestones for large-scale deployments.
+ Support proof-of-concept activities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
+ Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
+ Deliver technical training for sales teams and stay current on industry trends through research and professional development.
+ Travel as needed for customer meetings, training, and project support.
What Is Needed:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in a technology-focused role.
+ 8+ years in the telecommunications industry.
+ Hands-on experience with Cisco, Adtran, Juniper, etc., plus relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CCSE, GCFW, JNCIS-FWV, GCIH).
+ Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
