    Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Data Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Systems Data Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Systems Data Engineer

    **Location:** Monroe, NC

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Drive understanding of operational performance by developing and maintaining production reporting data analysis tools to support quick decision-making.

    + Lead projects to develop processes, procedures, and interfaces that enhance production awareness for final assembly products, sub-assemblies, and new product launches.

    + Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to implement new systems for equipment launches or modifications.

    + Maintain and execute process verification and validation procedures, including automated assembly stations, and curate reports and documentation.

    + Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and data management for assembly and inspection equipment, utilizing PowerBI and PowerApps.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering and/or Science discipline from an accredited institution.

    + Preferably in electrical, systems, or industrial engineering.

    + One to three years of experience in manufacturing or assembly process development, evaluation, and support.

    + Technical skills in data management interfaces, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Grafana.

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
