Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy **Sales Training Specialist** to lead the education and development of Seasonal Retail Sales Professionals for a cutting-edge, high-speed internet product. If you’re passionate about teaching, enjoy breaking down complex technology into simple concepts, and thrive on delivering engaging learning experiences, this role is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Train Seasonal Retail Sales Professionals **in-person** to ensure consistent product knowledge and customer experience.
+ Educate the team on the features, benefits, and proper usage of next-generation internet services.
+ Serve as a **product expert** and resource for the team, answering questions and troubleshooting basic issues.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes and ensure accurate information is shared.
+ Track training feedback and effectiveness, making improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in **teaching, training, or customer education** , preferably in technology or telecommunications.
+ Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** , with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
+ Ability to **simplify technical concepts** for non-technical audiences.
+ Comfortable using **iPads, laptops, and digital tools** for training purposes.
+ Dependable with **reliable transportation** to training locations.
+ **Bachelor’s degree** preferred.
