    Our client, a leader in medical device repair and manufacturing, is seeking a QA Technician to join their team. As a QA Technician, you will be part of the KCI Repair Services department supporting quality assurance and device repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** QA Technician

     

    Pay Range: 22

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on medical VAC equipment for internal and external customers.

    + Execute quality control procedures to ensure all repaired VAC devices meet company standards before returning to customers.

    + Provide technical support over the phone to customers, sales teams, and third-party maintenance providers.

    + Assist in research, development, testing, and inspection of new products to ensure quality and reliability.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, monitor tools and equipment, and adhere to safety regulations at all times.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, soldering, or related repair environment.

    + Knowledge of electrical schematic diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.

    + Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

    + Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

    + Willingness to pass a fitness test to meet physical demands of the role.
