Machining Technician - Direct Hire

Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a **Machining Technician** to join their team. As a Machining Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machining Technician
**Location:** Green Bay, Wisconsin
Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 / hour
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3rd Shift
What's the Job?
+ Maintain production machines to ensure optimal operation and output.
+ Measure parts for conformity and quality assurance.
+ Identify malfunctions or deviations in machining processes.
+ Start or restart equipment following power outages or interruptions.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Machining experience preferred but not required; training provided.
+ Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stretching for prolonged periods.
