Our client, a leader in manufacturing and automation solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Monroe, NC
What's the Job?
+ Support manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted quality production of life-saving products.
+ Coordinate project timelines, budgets, construction activities, and personnel to complete process improvement and automation projects.
+ Define and execute competitive bidding strategies for equipment and project procurement.
+ Specify equipment performance and mechanical design criteria for automated assembly and inspection systems.
+ Lead automation projects to deliver validated quality and performance, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
+ 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or assembly process development and support.
+ Experience in project management within private, public, or government environments.
+ Proficiency in mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, fixture development, and process integration.
+ Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), SAP, automation, and mechanical design.
