    Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st shifter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembly - 1st shift

    **Location:** Crothersville, IN

    **Pay Range:** $17

    **Shift:** First shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble lightweight automotive parts using hand tools and machinery on a fast-paced production line

    + Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet company standards

    + Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

    + Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly process

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the production line

    + Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial settings is a plus but not required

    + Willingness to work 9-10 hour shifts with mandatory overtime

    + Ability to pass a drug test and background check

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills
