**Job Title:** IT Project Manager

**Location:** 100% Remote (Texas-based preferred – Houston, Austin, or Dallas)

**Term** : Direct Hire / Permanent

**Pay Range:** Negotiable

What's the Job?

+ Develop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, activities, and deliverables.

+ Identify resource needs, define roles, and assign tasks to ensure project success.

+ Oversee schedules and budgets, ensuring project milestones and goals are met efficiently.

+ Manage project risks, issues, and communication activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

+ Coordinate all project stages from initiation through final delivery and client sign-off, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously with diverse teams.

+ Extensive knowledge of project management standards and industry best practices.

+ Familiarity with various IT project methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly between projects.

+ Experience managing external stakeholders and strategic partners, including direct communication and relationship navigation.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and documentation.
