    Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and supporting medical professionals, is seeking a Clinical Support Agent to join their team. As a Clinical Support Agent, you will be part of the Clinical Support Department supporting healthcare providers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Clinical Support Agent

    **Location:** Deerfield, IL / Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work)

    **Pay Rate:** $25

    **Shift:** 10AM-9PM Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Serve as the primary communication liaison via Phone, Outlook, and Salesforce between cardiac technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals and clinicians.

    + Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by following physician notification protocols and alerting physicians or clinical personnel as needed.

    + Follow up on accounts for additional clinical information such as pacemaker settings and contact details of cardiac clinicians.

    + Utilize clinical case management ticket systems to respond, update case statuses, and ensure timely resolution.

    + Verify process notification MDN criteria and ensure the completeness and accuracy of reports.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + An associate degree with at least 1 year of related customer service experience in a call center environment or a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical industry.

    + Availability to work at least two days a week in-office, with potential adjustments based on business needs.

    + Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts as required.

    + Prior experience in healthcare, especially in EKG interpretation, is preferred.

    + Proficiency in medical terminology, case management systems, and Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
