    Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join their team. As a Product Support Analyst, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting Front of House platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead support for the electronic Prep system (Prep E), ensuring system reliability and high-quality service.

    + Support the enhancement of monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like DataDog, Grafana, and AWS Lambda.

    + Engage in proactive technical troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement improvements.

    + Enrich documentation and troubleshooting processes to support restaurant-level systems effectively.

    + Build tools and automation solutions to streamline support workflows and improve system stability.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-3 years of experience in Observability, Software Engineering, Automation, DevOps, or SRE-related fields.

    + Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    + Familiarity with software development concepts such as SDLC, CI/CD, object-oriented programming, and scripting languages.

    + Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools is a plus.

    + A proactive mindset with a passion for technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
