    Our client, a leading manufacturer in fire safety equipment, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of vital safety products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Workers

    **Location:** Buffalo Grove, IL

    **Pay Range:** $18.38–$21.26 per hour (based on shift)

    **Shift:** 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently

    + Assemble, inspect, and package fire safety equipment components

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

    + Support team efforts to meet production goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

    + Strong attention to detail and reliability

    + Ability to work assigned shift

    + Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures
