    Warehouse Associates & Logistics Specialists Needed

    • **Pay:** $16–$19/hr | 📍 **Location:** Bolingbrook, IL | ⏰ **Shifts:** Various

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist with shipping & receiving, inventory counts, and product assembly

    • Manage freight data, schedule deliveries, and communicate with drivers

    • Ensure timely, damage-free shipments and resolve discrepancies

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Basic computer and communication skills

    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

    • Experience in warehouse or transportation operations preferred

    Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

    Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and verifying merchandise.

     

    Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute for processing.

     

    Read and interpret customer orders and shipping requisitions to determine items for movement or shipment.

     

    Maintain a safe and accessible warehouse environment.

     

    Participate in inventory counts and assemble products as needed.

    Logistics Specialist Responsibilities:

    Enter customer load data into the Freight Optimizer system and maintain accurate profiles.

     

    Communicate with account managers regarding problem loads and resolutions.

     

    Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and damage-free arrivals.

     

    Handle driver check calls and validate load data for accounting purposes.

     

    Investigate discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and damages, completing required documentation.

     

    Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments and provide routing instructions to drivers.

    Requirements:

    Basic written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Basic computer proficiency.

     

    Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

     

    Experience in dock or warehouse operations within transportation industry preferred.

     

    Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs and load/unload trucks.
