    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in quilted products, is seeking a Quilt Machine Operator to join their team. As a Quilt Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quilt Machine Operator

    **Location:** West Coxsackie, NY

     

    Pay Range: $23.00/hr

     

    **Shift: 6** :00am - 2:30pm + Overtime- Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate quilt cutting and sewing machines in a continuous flow manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.

    + Identify process disruptions or malfunctions and make minor adjustments according to standard operating procedures and protocols.

    + Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on quilting equipment.

    + Follow all safety policies and procedures defined by the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries.

    + Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality quilted products per specified standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must be at least 18 years or older.

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English.

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Entry-level with little or no experience preferred.

    + Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and move materials up to 100 lbs.
