Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift) to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift), you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift)

**Location:** Jackson, WI

**Pay Range:** $23

**Shift:** 2:00PM - 10:05PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Safely set-up and operate equipment to maximize machine efficiency and product output.

+ Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment malfunctions.

+ Monitor machines and specialized equipment to ensure high-quality production standards.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production tasks and address issues promptly.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious attitude.
