    CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking aGame CHAngerto join ourUtilities Infrastructure Teamat ourAlbany, NY or Syracuse, NYoffice.

    What You'll Do:

    + Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments in gas engineering, electric distribution, transmission, and substation design

    + Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that advance grid resiliency, storm hardening, and energy transition initiative

    + Benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and coaching from top experts in utility engineering

    + Contribute to innovative solutions like microgrids, renewable integration, and battery energy storage systems (BESS)

    + Collaborate with talented teams and engage in field assignments to gain hands-on experience in the design and implementation of resilient utility infrastructure

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required. Graduation date of August 2025 or December 2025 is highly preferred

    + EIT certification preferred

    + No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus

    + Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required

    + Passion for energy infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning

    + Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills

    + Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams

    + Passion for in office and field-based work assignments

    Salary Range:

    $68,000 - $80,000

     

    Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
