    Basic Job Functions:

    The role of the Mill Technician/Lead Man includes, but is not limited to the following:

    + Ensure safe work environment for their self and their coworkers

    + Effectively operate the Finish Mill

    + Ensure that we meet the quality requirements of our customers

    + Effectively provide feedback on quality issues to our entire team

    + Lead a crew with the expectation of excellence in Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, and Continuous Improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years roll mill experience

    + High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of quality needs of our customers

    + Experience operating finish mill pulpit
