As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Logistics Patrol Driver** in **Perris, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for people and property. You will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while addressing access control needs. What You'll Do:

+ Provide high level customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the logistics and distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate actions as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.

+ Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious behavior within the logistics and distribution environment.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and/or site management.

+ Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Experience working in limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
