As a **Security Professional - CRE Front Desk Concierge** in **Valley Stream, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate setting, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, managing access control and assisting with badge procedures. Your role involves maintaining a professional presence at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a secure environment through clear communication and attention to detail. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or tenants at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and directing visitors as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports.

+ Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors to address inquiries and provide information.

+ Support emergency response activities at the front desk in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
