They are seeking a **Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer** to join their dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and enhancing GAIG’s digital solutions that support our core insurance operations and customer experience. **Required Skills & Experience**

+ **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required).

+ **3–6 years** of professional experience developing enterprise applications using **C#, .NET Core/6+, and Angular** .

+ Strong understanding of **microservice architecture** , RESTful API design, and asynchronous processing.

+ Experience with **SQL Server** or other relational databases.

+ Familiarity with cloud environments such as **Azure** or **AWS** preferred.

+ Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and agile development methodologies.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.

**What You Will Be Doing** Tech Breakdown:

+ 30% maintenance

+ 70% new development

Daily Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using **C#, .NET (6+)** , and **Angular** .

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners — to translate business needs into effective software solutions.

+ Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable integration with enterprise systems.

+ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices for architecture, testing, and security.

+ Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve team efficiency and code quality.

+ Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps or comparable environments.

+ Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

The Offer
