As a **Security Professional - Healthcare Front Desk** in **Aliso Viejo, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence and assisting visitors, patients, and staff with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to security-related situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.

+ Monitor access at the front desk, verifying identification and visitor credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities for the location.

+ Maintain accurate logs and/or records of visitor check-ins, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.

+ Assist with the enforcement of site rules and/or policies, addressing violations in accordance with Allied Universal and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
