What You'll Do:

+ Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and building staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access control for the building, verifying credentials and assisting authorized individuals with entry and exit procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for visitor inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate locations within the building.

+ Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, visitor logs, and other security-related activities as required by building policies.

+ Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management and/or on-site building management regarding security-related matters or emergency situations.

+ Support emergency response activities by coordinating communication and assisting with building procedures as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
