Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our WW Prime team in Seattle, Washington: Director, Benefits, Pricing and Constructs and our Sr. Principal Engineer in Prime Tech.
This role provides strategic partnership and administrative support to senior leaders, demonstrating strong judgment and ability to work independently with high judgement. The role requires excellence in core administrative responsibilities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management, while also driving process improvements, managing cross-organizational projects, and developing mechanisms to increase operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, influence across multiple stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate leaders' and organizations' needs. They should demonstrate strong business acumen, ability to drive organizational effectiveness through establishing and maintaining processes/mechanisms, and capability to manage large-scale events and initiatives. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Previous experience supporting senior executives and managing complex administrative operations is essential.
Key job responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 4+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
