    As a **Security Officer - Armed Government Patrol Command** in **Miami, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a government location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. You will remain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, and interact with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service.     What You'll Do:

    + Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing excellent customer service to all individuals at the location.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate emergency response protocols as needed.

    + Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents.

    + Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the property to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.

    + Communicate and collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required for incident response or escalating situations.

    + Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

    + Remain visible and approachable to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide assistance when needed to staff, visitors, and members of the public.

    *Must have (No Exceptions):

    + **Active driver’s license**

    + **Valid Florida Security License D License and G License**

    and at least ONE of the following:

    + **U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or**

    + **Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or**

    + **Associate's Degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts**
