What You'll Do:

+ Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

+ Monitor access control for the building, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the location's management team.

+ Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk, using a calm and problem-solving approach.

+ Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

+ Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and emergency responders when appropriate.

+ Support efforts to help deter unauthorized activity and/or access to restricted areas within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
