As a **Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driving Role** in **Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and respond to various situations with professionalism and care. This is a driving position, so you will operate a vehicle while conducting patrols. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity and/or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and offer assistance to tenants and visitors as needed.

+ Follow all established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal and site management in the commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
