As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to maintain a secure environment through monitoring entry points and verifying access credentials. Your role will focus on providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism, and communicating clearly with building occupants.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

    + Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and register visitors as required.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Document and report incidents, unusual activity, and/or any concerns according to company and client protocols.

    + Operate security-related equipment such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and communication devices.

    + Communicate professionally with all individuals onsite, including property management, tenants, and emergency personnel when necessary.

    + Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following Allied Universal protocols and client instructions.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A Guard Card or license is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
