RevOps Product Manager
Job Description:
We’re looking for a RevOps Product Manager to shape and operationalize the AI-driven capabilities that power our global go-to-market organization. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, helping define how AI enhances the way we measure, forecast, and manage performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You’ll partner with developers, data experts, and business leaders to translate ideas into scalable AI capabilities that improve decision-making, efficiency, and insight across the GTM engine. This is ideal for a business-minded problem solver who understands GTM operations and data — and can think like a product manager while operating inside a revenue operations function. You’ll bring a customer-centric mindset, ensuring every capability is designed for usability, adoption, and measurable business impact.
This role is Hybrid based on-site three days per week in our office in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the AI Strategy & Roadmap for GTM
• Identify, prioritize, and define high-value AI use cases that improve GTM performance (e.g., forecasting accuracy, lead quality, conversion insights).
• Build and maintain a dynamic roadmap of AI-enabled capabilities that evolve with business needs and emerging technologies.
• Ensure every initiative aligns with GTM strategy, has measurable success criteria, and delivers value across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable AI product priorities tied to outcomes.
Manage Business Requirements & Delivery
• Translate GTM challenges into AI use cases and functional requirements with clear business outcomes and usability goals.
• Act as the voice of the internal customer — understanding how sales, marketing, and customer success teams work, and ensuring AI tools fit seamlessly into their daily workflows.
• Partner with analytics, data engineering, and development teams to design, test, and deploy new capabilities across internal business systems (CRMs, data visualization tools, and planning platforms).
• Maintain product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and track progress for AI-related initiatives.
• Ensure AI outputs are actionable, explainable, and embedded into everyday GTM processes.
Drive AI Adoption & Change Management
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools across GTM teams through education, demos, and hands-on support.
• Collaborate with leadership and regional operations to align new capabilities with business workflows.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams — translating strategic needs into technical requirements that deliver real value.
• Create enablement materials that make AI tools intuitive and approachable for non-technical users.
Lead Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Apply customer empathy, deeply understanding internal users’ motivations and challenges to ensure AI initiatives drive tangible value.
• Collaborate with analytics and systems teams to monitor model performance, usability, and data quality.
• Recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, adoption, and explainability of AI-driven insights.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies (e.g., copilots, generative AI, anomaly detection) and evaluate their potential for GTM operations.
• Manage stakeholders, backlogs, and delivery expectations to balance near-term priorities with long-term scalability.
• Foster a continuous feedback loop with users to refine functionality and experience.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Business Operations, or Product/Program Management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes, data, and performance metrics.
• Proven success working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, analytics, and technical teams to operationalize insights or automate workflows.
• Experience driving alignment across leadership and end users; skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Clari, and Chorus (or similar CRMs, BI, and data tools).
• Analytical and structured thinker; able to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability.
• Excellent communicator — adept at translating between technical and non-technical audiences and articulating business value clearly.
• Curiosity and foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation (e.g., predictive analytics, LLMs, copilots).
• Experience with agile or iterative delivery is a plus, even if not in a formal product management role.
Plenty of perks:
• Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)
• Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
• 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)
• 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)
• 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date
• 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)
• $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date
• Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)
• Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings
