CNC Setup Operator – 2nd Shift in Hamilton, OH
**Shift** -Mon–Thu 4 PM–2 AM, OT on Fridays
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. This role involves reviewing job orders, installing tooling, loading programs, performing first-piece inspections, making machine adjustments, and maintaining safety and ISO compliance.
Qualifications:
+ 1–5 years CNC setup and operation experience
+ Proficient with CNC prints, tooling, offsets, and precision measuring tools
+ Familiarity with machine controls, troubleshooting, and efficiency optimization
+ High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred
+ Manufacturing experience is a plus

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
