    Responsibilities for a Sr Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

    + Serve as the Product Owner on a Scrum Team, guiding the team toward objectives and ensuring alignment with business goals.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to capture requirements and translate them into actionable features and user stories in Given-When-Then (GWT) format.

    + Maintain and prioritize the Scrum backlog, ensuring stories meet the Definition of Ready (DOR) and are clearly defined, feasible, and valuable.

    + Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, provide feedback on deliverables, and support development teams with clarification and task breakdown.

    + Lead initiatives to improve product performance and process efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

    Candidates for the Sr Business Analyst role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Expertise in Medicaid and DSNP Claims Domain (Subject Matter Expert).

    + Experience in capturing requirements or writing SOPs/job aids in a healthcare claims setting.

    + Proven experience managing projects from ideation to post-deployment.

    + Knowledge of CSP Facets (frontend and backend) systems.

    + Basic understanding of Agile methodology and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    + Previous experience with United Healthcare (UHC) or Optum strongly preferred.

    + High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.

    + Pay: $48.16/hour

    + Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or CST

    + Location: 100% Remote (Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.)

    + Type: Temporary (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

    **Pay Details:** $48.16 per hour
