Job Responsibilities
+ **Manage Communication:** Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
+ **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and materials as needed.
+ **Mail & Correspondence Management:** Prioritize and arrange essential mail and correspondence for timely action.
+ **Reporting & Documentation:** Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records.
+ **Conference Call Setup:** Arrange and facilitate conference calls for internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Directory Maintenance:** Update and maintain mail, phone, and business card directories.
+ **Travel & Event Coordination:** Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics.
+ **Confidentiality:** Maintain strict confidentiality on all projects and sensitive information.
+ **Administrative Support:** Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents.
+ **Expense Management:** Prepare expense reports and submit them to the Finance/Accounting department.
+ **Team Support:** Serve as a backup for other support staff when needed.
+ **Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
+ **Additional Duties:** Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
