Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

+ Operate production machinery and workstations safely and efficiently to manufacture silt fence products (training provided)

+ Load unfinished parts into machines and offload completed components while monitoring for quality and accuracy

+ Perform regular quality checks, including use of measuring tools such as a tape measure, to ensure product standards are met

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all housekeeping and safety procedures

+ Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding equipment issues or production concerns

+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height (not continuous)

+ Mechanically inclined or previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new machinery and production processes

+ Reliable attendance and professional work ethic — must be dependable and punctual

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
