    What You’ll Do:

+ Design, plan, and implement manufacturing processes that improve safety, productivity, and quality across the facility.

+ Proficiency in **2D/3D CAD software** (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred).

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting time, motion, and cost analyses.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

+ Comfortable working on the production floor and leading hands-on implementation.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and product innovation.

+ Experience with prototyping, testing, and documenting results is preferred.

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed.

    + **Work Location:** On-site.
