Responsibilities for a Shipping Clerk include but are not limited to:

+ Order and Data Management: Accurately receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) and generate Sales Orders to initiate fulfillment and billing processes.

+ Logistics Execution & Compliance: Execute all shipping activities, including verifying outgoing orders, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and ensuring 100% shipment accuracy.

+ Meticulous Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed system of physical and digital records by filing documentation and ensuring proper audit trails for all transactions.

+ Performance Monitoring: Actively participate in the tracking and reporting of daily KPI metrics related to shipping volume and fulfillment timeliness.

Candidates for Shipping Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Proven ability to handle complex administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

+ Strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data entry, documentation, and reporting.

+ Demonstrated experience in a structured environment emphasizing accuracy and compliance.

+ Excellent Customer Service Oriented approach, organizational skills, and professional telephone etiquette.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
