• D DTG Print Technician

    As a **DTG Print Technician** , you will play a vital role in the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process, operating and maintaining printing machinery—particularly **Kornit Atlas printers** . Reporting to the **Production Manager / General Manager** , you will ensure the production of high-quality, low-defect prints while adhering to company and safety standards.

     

    This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, maintain equipment, and deliver accurate, efficient results in a fast-paced production environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Set up, operate, and calibrate DTG printing machines with customer-provided artwork.

    + Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management.

    + Prioritize and complete orders according to deadlines and work orders.

    + Review and interpret job aids and work orders to ensure precise production.

    + Inspect prints for quality, accuracy, and graphic placement.

    + Manage and update files and project statuses within order management software.

    + Perform daily machine maintenance and cleaning.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

    + Follow company policies, OSHA standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Assist with other production duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Technical understanding of DTG printing and mechanical aptitude.

    + Proficient with basic computer systems and production software.

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

    + Self-starter with strong attention to detail and reliability.

    + Team-oriented and willing to assist across departments as needed.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

    + Excellent attendance and performance record.

    + Must pass a drug screening.

    Preferred:

    + Knowledge of product flow and production efficiency.

    + Previous experience with Kornit or similar DTG printing equipment.

    Education and Experience

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + **1+ years of experience** operating production or printing machinery.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
