    Customer Service Representative

     

    Pay:** **$27 per hour

     

    Type:** **Full-time w/ OT M-F 7 am-3 pm

    Position Summary

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and tracking customer equipment sent for calibration or repair, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Issue and track customer units for services performed by outside vendors.

    + Arrange transportation of customer equipment to and from outside vendors for calibration or repair.

    + Review customer purchase orders to determine required services.

    + Identify and document additional work performed beyond the original scope or quote.

    + Research equipment details to support accurate invoicing and ensure calibrated units match file data.

    + Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding job status and coordinate with manufacturing or operations teams as needed.

    + Perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow, meet schedules, and uphold quality standards.

    + Receive and ship customer equipment (small packages).

    + Coordinate with customers’ field technicians as necessary.

    + Manage customer equipment inventory, tracking, and seed stock levels.

    Qualifications

    + **ITAR clearance**

    + Minimum **2 years of customer service experience** in a similar role.

    + Proficient with **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook** .

    + Experience with **Oracle, Gage, or other CRM systems** a plus.

    + Prior experience with **invoicing** and **quoting** preferred.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

    + Excellent work ethic and multi-tasking ability.

    + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

    + Experience handling **customer inquiries by phone** required.

    + Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

    **Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
