Clerical Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerical Assistant to support the daily administrative and office operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient office procedures, organizing records, and ensuring timely communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
+ Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
+ Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
+ Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
+ Prepare and update documents, reports, and correspondence
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
+ Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
+ Order and maintain office supplies inventory
+ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or administrative training is a plus
+ Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ Professional and friendly demeanor
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to sit for extended periods
+ Light lifting of supplies and materials (up to 20 lbs)
+ Use of standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones, etc.)
**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
