To achieve the assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products and services. The role focuses on delivering professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service while building strong, lasting client relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
General Characteristics
Academic Background:
+ Minimum education level: _Degree in_ Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Work Experience:
+ Minimum of **5 years** of experience in commercial and external sales roles.
Requirements and Skills:
+ Proven experience in **commercial and external sales** .
+ Solid knowledge of **products and services in the furniture and wood industry** or related fields.
+ Familiarity with the **Miami (USA) market** and potential clients in the furniture and wood sector.
+ Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
3. Key Responsibilities
+ Identify, develop, and maintain a **database of potential clients** .
+ Conduct **field visits** and prospecting activities to secure new customers.
+ Advise clients on the company’s **products, services, and commercial offerings** .
+ Provide **market intelligence and competitor insights** to the immediate supervisor.
+ Stay current on **product updates, trends, and new services** .
+ Deliver outstanding **customer service** and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
+ Conduct continuous **follow-up** with clients and referred prospects.
+ Present products, negotiate terms, and **close sales agreements** .
+ Monitor and analyze **lost sales and customers** , identifying areas for improvement.
+ Propose **new products, services, and loyalty initiatives** to drive retention and growth.
+ Oversee **order processing, invoicing, and timely delivery** of sold products.
+ Administer **discounts and special conditions** strictly within company policy.
+ Utilize and promote **sales tools and platforms** effectively among clients.
**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
