**Pay Rate:** $65 – $85.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Do

+ Be the surgeon’s right hand — literally. Anticipate needs, pass instruments, and keep the surgical flow seamless.

+ Set up the OR for success: prepare instruments, ensure supplies are ready, and verify equipment is working perfectly.

+ Maintain sterile technique and a sharp eye for safety — you’re the guardian of precision and cleanliness.

+ Perform counts with the circulating nurse and ensure everything stays exactly where it should.

+ Handle specimens, instruments, and medications using top-notch technique and professionalism.

+ Communicate clearly and calmly with your team — because in the OR, teamwork saves lives.

What You Bring

+ **Completion of a formal Surgical Technology program.**

+ **BLS certification required** ; **CST preferred.**

+ **4+ years of experience scrubbing complex Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic surgeries** — you know your way around a bypass.

+ Sharp judgment, steady hands, and strong communication under pressure.

+ Knowledge of anatomy, sterile technique, and surgical procedures that keeps the OR running like clockwork.

**Pay Details:** $65.00 to $85.00 per hour
