Adecco is seeking a **Customer Service Representative / Admin Assistant** for a client in **North Syracuse, NY.** This position is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity, paying **$18-20/hour,** depending on experience.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic and compassionate **Customer Service Representative** to join our Syracuse team. In this role, you’ll support customers, clinicians, and funding sources throughout the process of obtaining customized mobility equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
+ Coordinate and track documentation for medical equipment orders, insurance approvals, and funding requests.
+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
+ Provide updates and assistance to customers with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
+ Support the field service and clinical teams to help ensure a smooth experience from evaluation to equipment delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ **Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT)** funding or equipment coordination is highly preferred.
+ Strong **customer service or call center experience** —especially in healthcare, medical equipment, or insurance industries.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to adapt and stay composed when plans change or challenges arise.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
