    Adecco is hiring a Shipping Specialist for a contract position with a great company in Saint Paul, Minnesota

     

    Pay $23

     

    Shift: 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday

     

    contract length 1-2 months

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain a safe, clean, organized and efficient warehouse. Continually reorganize warehouse to provide the most efficient use of space for current needs.

    + Uses Instapak foam machine to develop custom packaging for shipments. Continually find ways to improve packaging process and create proactive solutions to packaging needs.

    + Work with Distribution Manager and the Service Department to record shipping metrics to analyze DOA Rate; track returned shipments, identify weaknesses and problems with our final inspection and packaging process and put corrective actions in place as needed.

    + Maintain strong communication with administrative and service departments. Communicates and tracks inventory/repair activities using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

    + Utilizes strong decision-making skills, and excellent organizational skills required to prioritize workload.

    + Responsible for the receiving of incoming freight and dispatching of outgoing freight and small parcel shipments.

    + Responsible for first impression of products and provide final cosmetic inspection while ensuring all accessories are included with service and sales orders.

     

    Requirements 2 years of warehouse experience

    High School Diploma

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
