    Weekend Customer Navigator – Be the Friendly Face of Patient Care!

     

    **Location:** Onsite in Palo Alto, CA

    **Schedule:** Saturday & Sunday

     

    11:30 AM – 8:00 PM **or** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

     

    Contract Duration:** Through **May 2, 2026

     

    Pay Range for this role is $23.00 to $26.25 per hour DOE

    We’re looking for a **Customer Navigator** — a warm, energetic, and compassionate individual who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for patients, families, and visitors.

     

    As a **Customer Navigator** , you’ll be the go-to guide for anyone stepping into our facility or calling in for assistance. Whether you’re helping guests find their way, coordinating appointments, arranging transportation, or simply offering a reassuring presence — you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, caring environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Be the welcoming face that greets patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

    + Provide navigation and concierge-style support throughout the hospital and clinics.

    + Schedule and manage appointments, assist with services, and connect patients with the right departments.

    + Communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately — even in high-volume or stressful situations.

    + Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure every guest has a smooth, supportive experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    + A people-focused professional with **1+ year of healthcare or customer service experience** (hospitality, retail, banking, concierge, etc.).

    + Someone who stays calm under pressure and can problem-solve with empathy.

    + Comfortable using basic computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel); experience with EPIC is a plus.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs.

    Education

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $26.25 per hour
