Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerJob Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial and workplace interiors. This role involves leading design projects from concept through construction, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Lead design projects from concept to construction.
+ Manage client relationships and coordinate project details.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated design solutions.
+ Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations.
+ Oversee space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.
+ Deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in corporate commercial and/or workplace interior design.
+ NCIDQ certification or Registered Architect (NCARB preferred).
+ Proficiency in space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.
+ Strong leadership skills in project management across all phases.
+ Expertise in building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainable design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ LEED accreditation preferred.
+ Experience with Deltek Vision is advantageous.
+ Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, and other design software.

Join a 45-person studio with 11 interior designers, offering a collaborative and design-driven culture. Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days working from home on Mondays and Fridays. This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
