    Job Title: Project Manager/Owners Representative

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Owners Rep to oversee the construction of cleanroom build-outs. This role requires ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety codes, and cleanroom standards while coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project milestones.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise all on-site construction activities specific to cleanroom build-outs.

    + Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety codes, and cleanroom standards.

    + Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project milestones.

    + Monitor and enforce safety regulations and cleanliness protocols unique to cleanroom environments.

    + Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to contamination control practices.

    + Manage schedules, resolve field issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain productivity.

    + Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and issue tracking.

    + Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

    + Oversee commissioning and startup processes for cleanroom systems.

    + Ensure the installation of HVAC systems, HEPA filters, wall panels, ceilings, flooring, and electrical systems are cleanroom-compliant.

    + Lead punch list and closeout activities.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of experience as a construction Project Manager/Owners Rep on cleanroom/medical device facility projects.

    + Proficiency in coordinating with subcontractors, specifically the MEP trades.

    + Experience in Microsoft Project.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Paramus, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
