Hands-on experience with physical voice equipment such as Yealink phones and Ooma Air Dials
Experience using work order and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow and/or PCR
Familiarity with Iowa State Campus
Prior experience with Cisco voice technologies, Webex collaboration tools, and/or Zoom collaboration features

Summary
The Collaboration Services IT team is currently accepting applications for a Voice and Collaboration Systems Analyst I. This position will assist other members of the Collaboration Services team with the maintenance and support of voice and collaboration systems across campus, as well as providing assistance to end-users. Duties will include incident response, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, analysis, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of various voice and collaboration technologies.
A Voice and Collaboration Systems Analyst I should possess strong written and oral/communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple projects; and the ability to think critically and interpret and apply complex technical documentation.
The ability to work a flexible off-hours schedule for planned and unplanned maintenance is required. This position requires the candidate to live in the state of Iowa on or before their first day of employment.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
