    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team at Nestlé USA. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with HR Partners to drive pay-for-performance and ensure fair pay practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a range of compensation programs and strategies that support both U.S. and global initiatives. Collaborating with HR Business Partners, you will ensure that our current compensation practices align with the company’s compensation philosophy and comply with regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the strategic compensation partner to a designated client group and across other business units as needed.

    • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners by providing timely, practical compensation support and expert guidance on day-to-day requests.

    • Design, implement, and administer base pay, incentive, equity, and recognition programs for all employee groups, including executives and sales.

    • Lead and support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity), including project planning, communication, and post-cycle analysis.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency), conduct regular audits, and support pay equity assessments.

    • Analyze compensation surveys, market pricing, and other pay trends to inform pay decisions and maintain competitiveness.

    • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job families, and job architecture frameworks.

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.

    • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer’s IPE and other methodologies to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure globally.

    • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to analyze compensation metrics, trends, and performance ratings for informed decision-making.

    • Provide recommendations by evaluating local market benchmarks, employee survey data, and business goals.

    • Develop and deliver communication and training initiatives for HRBPs, managers, and employees on compensation programs and changes.

    • Liaise with HRIT to lead compensation-related business process improvements and systems administration.

    • Lead or manage special projects and provide strategic consulting to HR and business leaders.

    • Support global and frontline compensation initiatives, including career level mapping and pay administration automation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or a related field required.

    • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, finance, analytical consulting, or related field.

    Competencies, Skills, Abilities:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

    • Deep knowledge of compensation theory, practices, and regulatory requirements.

    • Passion for compensation and effective collaboration and communication.

    • Proficiency in analyzing and modeling large data sets in Excel and other analytics tools.

    • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

    • Sound judgment, data-driven decision-making, and excellent follow-up.

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented critical thinker.

    • Proactive, goal-oriented, and efficient problem solver.

    • Experience with executive and sales compensation programs.

    • Strong project management and change management skills.
