    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    + Group of 7 CNMs and 9 MD’s

    + Why the opening? Patient access consistent clinic coverage, manage medication refills, Proxy for providers during PTA.

    + Case mix/patient population: General OB GYN - AHCCCS /Commercial and Self Pay.

    + Projected Volumes: 18-24 patients in clinic per 8 hour day in clinic.

    + Outpatient and consults.

    + Typical week: Salary position 40 hour work week.

    + Procedures: IUD insert/removal.

    + No call

    + Be member of a fantastic team including genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, diabetic educator, and dedicated office/support staff

    Job Requirements

    PA Requirements:

    + Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)

    + Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

    + Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.

    + Valid DEA registration.

    + Must meet credentialing criteria.

    NP Requirements:

    + Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)

    + Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners

    + Compact state or Arizona RN license

    + Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license

    + Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC

    + Valid DEA registration

    + Must meet credentialing criteria.

    Pay Range
