Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between vendors and customers while maintaining high standards of service. This is a Contract to permanent position offering a blend of remote and in-office work, with free parking available onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming orders from vendors and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

• Accurately input customer orders into the system while maintaining attention to detail.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer orders, such as missing or incorrect items.

• Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot delivery issues, including transportation delays and product shortages.

• Prepare delivery tickets prior to shipping and confirm receipt of deliveries.

• Communicate updates and procedural changes effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.

• Monitor and revise purchase orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order histories for reporting purposes.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance customer service processes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry tools.

• Experience in managing vendor or customer relationships.

• Familiarity with order processing systems is a plus.
