    Description

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

    + Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to meet operational and reporting needs.

    + Develop and maintain AL extensions and integrations using Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps.

    + Design, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces, and data migrations between Business Central and other systems.

    + Support end-users through issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user training.

    + Participate in full project life cycles — including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

    + Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices.

    + Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable BC solutions.

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).

    + Strong understanding of BC functional modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Jobs, or Warehousing).

    + Experience with AL language and developing extensions in Visual Studio Code.

    + Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure integrations preferred.

    + Familiarity with SQL Server, API development, and data migration tools.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

    + Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power Platform a plus.
